The Fort Myers Golf Course operating revenues of $1.76 million are 77% of the $2.28 million dollar budget compared to prior year revenues of $1.48 million at 77% of the $1.92 million dollar budget. Operating revenues increase 18.9% or $280,641 over that of the prior year driven by Green Fees, as the number of rounds played increases by 2,240 rounds and the average price paid per round is $4.71 higher. Operating expenses of $818,395 are 36% of the $2.29 million dollar budget and decrease from the prior year by ($19,259) or 2.3% due to a reduction in Contract Services from a change in golf course operator. Debt service includes repayment towards golf course renovations completed in 2014.

Eastwood Golf Course
Eastwood Golf Course operating revenues of $1.76 million are 79% of the $2.21 million dollar budget compared to prior year revenues of $1.52 million at 80% of the $1.90 million dollar budget. Operating revenues increase 15.4% or $234,081 over the prior year driven by Green Fees, as the number of rounds played increases by 754 and the average price paid per round is $5.91 higher. Operating expenses of $991,764 are 51% of the $1.95 million dollar budget compared to prior year expenses of $1.01 million at 55% of the $1.85 million dollar budget. Operating expenses decrease ($19,185) or 1.9% due to the net effect of a decrease in Contract Services partially offset by an increase in Utilities. Debt includes lease payments on equipment as well as repayment on borrowings for course renovations of the front nine holes in 2017.
