About the Fund
The Facilities Capital Improvement Fund contains the projects used towards the development and re-development of the City of Duvall's facilities. This fund contains both the Facilities CIP projects as well as the American Rescue Plan Act's projects.
Facilities Capital Improvement Projects:
WWTP Office and Garage Remodel
Project to remodel the WWTP Office and Garage to consolidate Building, Engineering and Planning departments into one 'Permit Center".
American Rescue Plan Act Projects:
WRECK Center Renovations
Project to upgrade the Duvall WRECK Center. Elements include exterior and interior painting.
Depot Renovations
Project to renovate Duvall's historic train depot in McCormick park. Elements include exterior and interior painting.
City Hall Windows Replacement
Project to replace City Hall's windows. This project goes along with several others to renovate City Hall.
City Hall HVAC
Project to upgrade the HVAC system in City Hall. This project goes along with several others to renovate parts of City Hall.
City Hall Flooring Replacement
Project to upgrade the flooring in City Hall. This project goes along with several others to renovate parts of City Hall.
Visitor Center Renovations
Project to renovate the visitor center on Main street in Duvall. Elements include exterior and interior painting, carpeting and technology improvements.
Police Locker room /Flooring/Windows & Painting Project
Project to add a female locker room, replace flooring & windows and paint the entire interior of the Duvall police station. Construction is anticipated to be over $100,000 but less than $200,000.
