Hire a consultant to develop a Community Forestry and Tree Maintenance and Management Plan. With community engagement the plan will identify maintenance and removal priorities, planting strategies, and operational efficiencies along with the development of a long-term shared vision with supporting goals.

Benefit of this program is to improve and increase the urban forest within the City of Durango.
