The below chart provides a snapshot of all strategic plan initiatives and their status.

Status notes:

  1. Time Off Initiative - Item is behind schedule due to the length of time that it took to hire the Finance Specialist.
  2. Public Records Initiative - This item has been delayed due to incomplete catch up on backlog of records requests with the prior Fiscal Officer. This item will be completed in conjunction with the new Fiscal Officer.
  3. Various Initiatives - Due to COVID-19s strain on operational capacity, these initiatives are now behind schedule. Staff is dedicating more time to addressing the pandemic as opposed to these strategic plan items.

  5. Accela Code Enforcement Initiative - This item has been delayed by CAGIS and will likely not be completed this year due to their operational capacity.
