Department 5512 - St. Andrews Community Redevelopment Agency
This fund is used to account for specific governmental revenue requiring separate accounting because of legal/regulatory provisions or administrative action. Specifically, this fund accounts for revenues received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the State of Florida Housing Initiatives Partnership Program, and various other state and federal grants. This fund also includes the four Community Redevelopment Agencies, Infrastructure Surtax monies, and Disaster Relief funds. Revenues are restricted to accomplishing the various objectives specified by the grant programs. This section is specific to the St. Andrews CRA.
