PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Traffic Improvements account is used to address traffic engineering issues as they arise. Projects would include traffic control enhancements, reconfiguring intersections, retiming and coordinating traffic signals, addressing parking concerns, mitigating traffic safety problems, and other creative retrofitting to existing traffic operations in lieu of building new roads. Potential projects are coordinated with other state and federal agencies as well as other city departments.
