Section II - General Government: 1311 Finance Committee/Reserve Fund

The Finance Committee analyzes the Town’s financial affairs including proposed budgets, capital improvement plans, and other proposed plans with financial implications. The Committee informs Brewster residents of its findings and makes recommendations. The Finance Committee is also responsible for the administration of the Reserve Fund, which is an appropriation used for emergency and unforeseen events.

Members are appointed by the Town Moderator.

• The budget represents represents level funding for the Finance Committee at $5,500.
• The budget represents level funding for the Reserve Fund at $100,000.
