Appendix II - Financial Summary: Financial Policies Manual

In 2019, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue recommended the adoption of a series of policies, representing best practice in municipal financial management, as detailed in the Draft Brewster Financial Policies Manual.

The Brewster Select Board has since adopted several policies pertaining to Financial Reserves, Other Postemployment Benefits Liability (OPEB), and Short Term Rental Revenue Allocation. Click here to read these policies.
