Section III - Non-Departmental: 7003 Non-Excluded Debt

General Fund non-excluded debt is funded within the tax levy. All debt requires formal approval by a two-thirds vote of town meeting, in accordance with procedures stated in MGL C. 44s1, 2, 3, 4a, 6-15.

• The budget represents a $4,250 (3.92%) decrease over the FY22 budget.
• The annual principle and interest payments in the chart below are for the following projects: the Tri-town Septage Treatment Facility decommissioning and Library Parking Lot Improvements.
