Transaction details allows you to monitor state revenues and expenditures while diving into the transaction level data, much like when you look at your online bank statements. You can view where the transaction originated, the amount, and what company/vendor is being paid for goods or services.
Within a Transaction report, you can:
- Quickly search the whole data set to hone in on a specific department, vendor, or date (e.g. to find all the computer software purchased from Office Depot).
- Visualize the data in different formats (e.g. bar graph, pie chart, etc.).
- Share data visualizations via email or on social media.
- Filter to specific slices of data and then download the data.
