7th Avenue (CSAH 7) from TH 10 through 40th Avenue

This project will reconstruct 7th Avenue from TH 10 through the intersection at 40th Avenue. The section from TH 10 to Grant Street will be a 4-lane divided highway (i.e. concrete median) and the section from Grant Street to 38th Avenue will be a 5-lane section (i.e. two through lanes in each directions and a continuous two way turn-lane down the middle).
