PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Facility equipment, flooring, paint, roofs, HVAC, and other maintenance needs are attended to every year on an ongoing basis.

REcommendation:

As facilities age and wear, equipment replacement, paint, flooring and roofing needs have to be addressed to maintain the integrity of the City's buildings, extend their useful life, and ensure continued efficiency.
