PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Washington Park Caretaker residence has an asphalt shingle roof that has failed and needs replacing. Roof to be replaced with a standing seam metal roof.

Recommendation:

Replace roof to safeguard the longevity of the structure.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES / STATUS:

The residence is sound but the roof has begun to fail. Like the roofs at the park, replacement with metal roofing lends itself to a longer life and easier care and cleaning.
