PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

30th/R Ave Roundabout, right-in-right-out at 34th, 32nd, 28th; reroute 32nd to 30th at Q Ave; install 10-foot sidewalks for both bicycle and pedestrian use.

recommendatioN:

Needed capacity improvements to accommodate anticipated growth and maintain level of service. This project corrects projected capacity deficiencies in at three intersections along R Avenue (28th, 30th & 32nd).
