PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This is the original roof installed in 1992 and is in fair condition and will need replaced in 2025. It will be replaced with a 50-Mil Duro Last PVC single ply roof membrane system.

RECCOMENDATION:

It will need replacing during the current 2022 - 2027 CFP.
