PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The maintenance shop at Washington Park has several problems. Its drainage system needs improvement including a curtain drain to prevent water from the outside from flowing onto the floor. It lacks any insulation making work in the winter extremely difficult and the roof is in need of repair.

Recommendation:

Improve the facility using REET funds and force account contributions.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES / STATUS:

This project can be handled in stages as revenue allows.
