PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Ship Harbor interpretive trail weaves through the Ship Harbor Interpretive Preserve providing access to this unique near shore wetland. The boardwalk does not have a clear access point to the neighboring Washington State Ferry Terminal.

REcommendation:

Seek grant funding and community partners for the completion of this important trail system.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES / STATUS:

The goal is to provide access to the State Ferry Terminal and reduce the number of social trails that currently exist. This would diminish the environmental footprint of the trail system and improve accessibility.
