PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This is the original roof installed in 1989 and is in fair condition and will need replaced in 2026. It will be replaced with a standing seam metal roof.

REcommendation:

It will need replacing during the current 2023 - 2027 CFP.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES / STATUS:

Roof will need replacing in 2026.
