PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The City currently uses Eden, produced by Tyler Technologies, as its ERP system, which is the computing platform that unifies the various city functions, including utility billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, payroll, HR, and permitting.

REcommendation:

Eden was installed over 20 years ago, is no longer sold as a new application by Tyler to municipal customers, and is becoming antiquated. An updated ERP system that integrates with Laserfiche and has improved functionality would provide additional staff efficiency.
