PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Construction of a Community Center in partnership with the Anacortes Community and the Boys and Girls Club. Approximately 21,000 s.f. building with a regulation size Gymnasium, providing a center for the community's recreational needs, Boys and Girls Club, and potential lease space. The attached picture is an example only.

REcommendation:

Comp. Plan Policy PR-1.10 directs the exploration of options for development of a community center in cooperation with community partners.
