PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Pavement in parking lot has failed, base has failed and sloughed in places and a new development to the west has forced us to reconfigure the lot and the entrance. The poured in place parking curb has also disinigrated.

REcommendation:

Aged pavement and high use are resulting in further damage. Increase in employees for both the City and the School as well as new development furthers the need to reconfigure the parking lot. Approx. 70 employees park daily.

If funded in the operating budget this could be done in house at a lower cost.
