PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This is the original roof installed in 1990 and is in fair condition. It will need to be replaced in 2026. It will be replaced with a standing seam metal roof.

REcommendation:

It will need replacing during the current 2022 - 2027 CFP.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES / STATUS:

To protect water system infrastructure.
