Design and construct a bicycle and pedestrian trail:

Phase II - Ferry Terminal Road to Edwards Way

Phase III - Ferry Terminal Road to Washington Park

Phase VI - Hartford Ave. vicinity to 6th St. vicinity

REcommendation:

The Comprehensive Plan and Shoreline Master Program direct extending the Guemes Channel Trail to enhance physical and visual access to the water and to provide a nonmotorized connection between Washington Park and the Tommy Thompson trail.
