FY 2025 BUDGET
PURPOSE OF THE FUND
The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 established the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund to assist states, counties, municipalities, tribes and territories in providing relief to governments and communities impacted by COVID-19.

FY 2025 Budget
EXPENSES
Due to U.S. Treasury required funding obligation by 12/31/24, the Township has established a Recreation, Parks and Infrastructure Investment category for remaining ARPA dollars. Projects will be selected and discussed by the Board of Commissioners before 12/31/2024. This budget proposes using the "Standard Allowance" for revenue replacement in the amount of $10,000,000 for labor costs incurred in FY 2025. Additionally, previously approved ARPA expenditures such as Second Alarmers Rescue Squad (SARS) in the amount of $227,291 annually through FY 2026, Witt O'Brien's consulting in amount of $25,000 annually through FY 2026, the Inclusive Park and Manor Woods Master Plan Amendment will continue to be funded.
