The Treasurer’s Office plays an important role in State bond transactions, which are ultimately used for a variety of purposes, such as building roads, infrastructure, and a host of other uses.

The Treasurer’s Office serves as the bond registrar and the paying agent. Our office is responsible for making coupon payments, investing bond proceeds, and maintaining proper bond documentation.
